Special procedures

The characteristic of this area of our activities is utilization of special equipment in repairs. Inteco has a numerous and diverse machinery and equipment enabling it to carry out works such as:

• Hydrodynamic concrete working (with pressurized water, 2500 bar), manually or using robots
  • surface granulation
  • cutting
  • underwater working
  • removing (demolishing) concrete to required thickness
  • removing coatings or graffiti
  • working in pipelines with robots.
• Injection in concrete, masonry structures and the ground
• Mechanically cutting concrete
• Mill cutting grooves or dilatation joints in concrete
• Pointing joints , dilatation
• Non-explosive demolition , through the implementation of swelling materials
• Sprayed concrete, wet and dry (jet grouting).

We also design and manufacture equipment for carrying out even the most sophisticated projects.
